Simple tips for starting the week off right!

Tip 1 - Cut up watermelon, carrot, cucumber, strawberries.
Tip 2 - Roasting pumpkin and red onion while making tonight’s sweet potato chips to save time tomorrow and will be able to just add it to the spinach and grill some chicken for dinner.
Tip 3 - Chopped all the ingredients for the quinoa salad. Quinoa salad boiling on the stove.Made banana bread yesterday for snacks.Will also try and make high protein choc chip chickpea cookies when I get my chocolate happy way.. a bit of an experiment. I’ll let you know how it goes and will keep track of the recipe.
